3. How do I get Started?
WebGrid is web based software. This means there’s no installation required and it works with all operating systems! We host WebGrid so you don’t have to worry about maintaining any software.
You can start by clicking on the "Try WebGrid for free" signup button and filling in some basic information to set up an account.
After signing up you can start using our services immediately. WebGrid services has single sign on across all our web applications using the same user name or e-mail address and password.
4. Is my data safe?
We take privacy and data security seriously. We use Amazon’s managed cloud services which are consistently ranked within the top 5 hosting providers worldwide. We use API tokens for 3rd-party access and encrypt your password as a secure MD5 hash.
5. Is my information secure?
Yes. Your Account's business data will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible to employees. When you pay by credit card at WebGrid.com, we do not store any credit card information, but is securely passed to the credit card companies.
6. Can WebGrid be used on mobil device
Yes, we support web access to all our web applications, except print feature may be limited on some mobile devices.
7. Can I use my own domains with WebGrid?
Yes! Once you start your free trial for WebGrid Hosted website you will get instructions how to integrate you existing website or a domain name registered with WebGrid.
8. How much does WebGrid cost?
All WebGrid Applications has 14-day free trial. After your trial has expired, you pay only for the applications you have running, and you can start and stop at any time.
9. How can I pay?
All account activity that are due for invoicing are paid in U.S. Dollars. All major credits cards are accepted via Paypal.
10. How do I get billed ?
Usually at end of each month. We’ll send you an email notification about the invoicing with a link to an invoice with your account activity for that billing period.
Your account balance will be automatically balanced for sum in your invoice, if we fail to charge you the invoice an notification email is sent about this.
11. What countries and currencies are supported ?
WebGrid works in almost every country and currency and this is transparent through out all our web applications.
12. Which languages are supported ?
WebGrid public items like online store, email communications, articles, blogs, image galleries supports all multiple languages. Today we support more then 30 languages.
