Terms of Service
Rules for using WebGrid and managing decision, planning, and specification work on webgrid.com.
By creating an account or using WebGrid, you agree to these terms.
1. General Use
You must use WebGrid lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. License and Account Access
Your right to use WebGrid is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must not share account access, resell access, or operate WebGrid as a shared service for third parties without authorization.
3. User Content and Service Rights
Decisions, specifications, notes, exports, prompts, contact messages, attachments, and related materials you submit or generate in WebGrid are user content.
You keep your rights in your content, but you grant WebGrid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
We may review, restrict, or remove content where necessary for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, or service integrity.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the platform in a way that creates security or availability risk.
5. Paid Plans and Digital Services
Where paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms are presented before purchase. Access to digital services may begin immediately after activation. Refunds are governed by applicable mandatory law and any stated commercial policy.
6. Norwegian Law and Consumer Rights
These terms are intended to align with mandatory Norwegian law, including applicable consumer protections, marketing rules, and data protection requirements under GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
If mandatory law gives you stronger rights than these terms, the mandatory rule prevails.
7. Important Safeguard: Generated Outputs May Contain Errors
WebGrid may generate summaries, requirements, specifications, recommendations, or other outputs. Those outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsafe assumptions, or incomplete analysis.
You must independently review and validate generated outputs before operational use, publication, implementation, contracting, or reliance in technical or business decisions.
WebGrid does not provide legal, financial, engineering, compliance, or safety advice.
8. Availability and Liability Limits
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebGrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
